Eder Santos - Galeria das Almas e Altar das Virgens

CCBB Brasília presents 2 site-specifics by Eder Santos. The first one, the video installation Galeria das Almas, is built with 25 high definition projectors, which will present synchronized images in a large prism, transforming the glass pavilion of CCBB into a great cube of clouds, a part of the sky. The result is alternating sensations of freedom and encasement, real and virtual, finite and infinite, amplitude and confinement. Altar das virgens is the second work of the exhibition. A baroque altar, created by Elder in partnership with the young artist Fernando Ancil.
